hey Rich,
the medley thing you guys hav been doing the past couple of sundays... loading the van then pulling it... is that one of the events in the u105s i take it?
was looking at the comp page and it says somat different!!!

Deadlifts

2x 6reps 60kg
1x 4reps 100kg
1x 3 reps 140kg
1x 2 reps 180kg
1x3 reps 240kgs
1x 1 rep 240 belt and straps (wont be wearing belt again felt horrible)
1x 4 reps 240 no belt or straps

barbell rows

100kg 10 reps
140kg 2 x 10 reps

t-bar corner rows

100kg on bar 8 reps
140kg 2x 12 reps

Dumbell rows

80kg 12 reps each arm

Some dumbell curls (not too much on biceps due to injuries)

All in all very happy with today, took a while to remember how to deadlift and realise it doesnt hurt my back anyomre when i do them but i will get there, will do a few more reps next week im sure. Happy getting back into heavyish rows again as i find they are the best mass builders and great for lower back strngth too.

feels alot more comfortable without it, i must be doing something wrong, i used to wear one but now it feels horrible.

maybe have it a bit looser, i have my belt on the third notch for deadlift, 4th for overhead, and 5th for squats

shoulders, traps, calves and abs

Seated dumbel press

warm ups 10kg, 20kg, 30kg

50kg
1x 15 reps
1x 10 reps

Lateral raises

15kg x10 reps
20kg 3x 10 reps

Barbell front raises
20kg x10 reps
30kg x10 reps
40kg 2x 10 reps

Bent over lateral raises
17.5kg x10 reps
Triple drop set
17.5kg, 12.5kg 7.5kg

Shrugs (hammer strength machine)
3x 10-12 reps 65kgs each side

Dumbell shrugs
80kg
1x10reps
1x 7 reps

savage 20 sets pyramid set on the standing calf raise then abs.

Really happy with today was a SUPER INTENSE session, no rest between sets and exercises, just straight in one after another with my training partner on every set.
