9:00 150g oats (uncooked weight) 90g protein powder

12:00 220g chicken 150g rice (uncooked weight)

15:00 220g chicken

18:00 220g chicken 150g rice or 300g potato (uncooked weight) and green veg

20:00 90g protein powder

22:30 220g chicken 1x table spoon peatnut butter

03:00 90g protein powder

daily supplements include:

glutamine
pro lab training paks (multi vits)
efa's

not worth mentioning what i managed today, put it this way i couldnt deadlift 240, even 100kgs felt like a ton, the rest of the session was a real struggle.

i was just about 105 this morning, so thats good, however that is completely depleted of glycogen, so i need to get down to about 103 by this time next week and then ram in some carbs to replenish the glycogen ready for the comp, not ideal but serves me right, so until then its going to have to be light weight and high reps to tick me over and when im carbed up and ready i guess hopefully i will be able to lift something. Confidence is really low now though for this comp.

i dont have a big appetite either so it is a case of forcing food down off season, guess you just get used to it, i aim off season to eat about 120g of fats, 800g of carbs and 400g of protein per day.

i feel ill as f**k today that might explain the toss session yesterday, will have a coupe of days rest now and see if i can get another session or two in before next weekend.

i hope so, will take till sunday off so should be ok by then, will do legs then and a little pbit of pressing on monday and that should do it. Feel like a zombie today, all feverish, its s**t

feel alot better today although i was 106.5kg in the nude this morning so bit of work to do yet, still got a s**t chesty cough but decided to train today as i felt abit more with it. Was weird, i had to hold myself back as i felt stong as f**k so im happy with that but session was pretty layed back and not worth reporting about as didnt want to train too hard and feel like s**te again.
Also i managed to throw up both 50kgs dumbells myself to shoulder press and did upright rows for the first time in about 18 months due to my bicep tear so im really chuffed with that, silly i know but anyone with the same prob will understand.

cheers mate, its was nice to feel confident again to throw them up to my shoulders as normally my bicep kills and wont allow me to do it, and i hate asking for a dumbell to be passed up for me

tried to do legs, but i think training yesterday was a bad idea as i felt like s**t again today, cant breath as my lungs are full of snot and was weak as a kitten so gave up after a couple of sets of leg curls, couldnt stiff leg dead lift either as my back is killing again, going to have to force myself to rest now till the comp i think.

Just rest until the comp mate and you will be fine!!! Wil be up training 2moro so see you then (might not stand anywhere near you just incase what u have is catchable!! Wink )
