Hi though i might start something on here just so then it will kick my arse to work harder as then i wont look like even more of a pussy when i have to log what i have done.

Did 30 mins cardio this morning as have to loose a little weight for the 105s in a couple of weeks.

Legs.

Lying leg curls upto 2x heavy sets
standing leg curls upto 2x heavy sets
Seated leg curls upto 1x heavy set
(pointless putting weights as every machine varies, plus who cares about hamstring curls)

Front squats
60kg 8 reps x 2 warms up
100kg warm up 8reps
140kg 10 reps
140kg 6 reps

Leg press
(cybex style)
Few warm up sets
2x heavy sets 400kg plus weight of machine whatever that is. 10 reps then
same 9 reps

Reverse Hack squats
40kg warm up x 10
80kg x10
120kg x 10
120x 16
Dont know what the machine weighs but that was what i added to it.

Although weights were light was very intense with minimal rest betwwen sets and did events yesterday and dont normally train till wed atfer events but im happy, trying to cram in some good gym sessions before the 105s

cheers lads, i have been out of squats and deads for a while due a back injury from april last year, it was fine george i did feel a bit fragile after yesterday but is all good. Weight felt ok just so out of condition on them anything more than 3 reps feels like running a marathon. No more excuses now.

chest and tris plus calves and abs

Incline dumbell press
few warm up sets on 10s, 20s and 40s
70kg x 6 all s**t forced reps
50kgx 13

flat bench
100kgs x 10 felt again so so heavy
140kgs x 6 again felt aweful, normally crank out 12 on a bad day.

hammer strength press
2 light pumping sets

Tricep pressdowns
few warm ups
then a Triple drop set

Dips x 2 sets

single arm dumbells exts. x 2 sets

bit of toe press on leg press and seated calf raise and some abs

Sorry no weights or reps mentioned on tris etc but everything was high reps and light weights just to get through the session.

Was a completely bollox session felt f**ked from the start and EVERYTHING felt like a ton. Think events and legs has taken its toll but all will be ok after a couple of days rest.

once a upon a time i did 14 reps on them, i feel a bit over trained, got back and deadlifts on thurs so will should be fine by then, think sunday beasted me a bit, got 2 and half weeks to get strong.
