blessed with mong strength Member 474, 866 posts SQ 222.5, BP 165, DL 260647.5 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | so after taking about 6-8 months of from powerlifting and concentrating on other stuff i have decided to start training strength again . body weight is currently down at a very lean 76kg thanks to alot of health eating and alot of enduro mountain biking .i have still been training but by no means have i been chucking up mega weight .well in my terms mega weight. only going to be training 3 days a week as i smashed my car up .so i will be cycling the 15 miles to and from the gym which i enjoy tbh except after squats. so first proper strength day tday. squats 60x5 100x5 140x3 170x3 170x3 140x3 really hard felt so weak .remember smashing 10 with these as a flush set recon i may a single 180 @ the minute .my goals by xmas are to get back to where i was 'stay relativly lean and bulk up a little aswell . feels good to be back doing what i do best . bring on the 2014 british championships | ||
