Fronties 40 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 3 85 x 2 started slipping, still need to work on holding the bar properly t-bar row (lying at 45%) 40 x 5 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 3 70 x 3 Wide grip pulldown 57.5 x 6 72.5 x 6 72.5 x 6 87.5 x 7 95 x 3 Another good session, everything still seems to be improving which is good. Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | 18/7 clean and strict press bar x lots 40 x 5 40 x 5 50 x 3 50 x 2 really did think i would do better than this. 50 x 1 40 x 3 45 x 3 50 x f 45 x 4 deff looks like something to work on. shrugs 60 x 6 80 x 6 100 x 6 100 x 6 could get grip on 120, will have to remember chalk next time incline d/bell 20 x 6 20 x 6 22.5 x 6 25 x 4 wasnt to bad a session. as for strongman on sunday, i quickly repaird my car in morning in rain so could get, ended up coming down the a34 and i hadn properly tightened the intercooling pipework up like a spoon, so soon as hit boost it blew it off. had to wait in tesco's for 30mins till they opened a checkout so could buy some screw drivers to fix the damn thing. was gutted. | ||

Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | 22/7 clean and press = EPIC FAIL bar x lots due to bad shoulder 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 5 65 x 3 75 x 1 WTF fell backwards on clean but caught myself, on second press i was bent backwards. pathetic attempt. 70 x F cudn even press this one 70 x F my nan could of pressed better squats 60 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 110 x 3 120 x 3 125 x 3 gained 5kg this week, was happy, will be doing 125 again next week, as 3rd rep was poor and second wasnt best 110 x 3 110 x 3 seated chest press 40 x 6 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 2 rev grip pulldown 72.5 x 6 72.5 x 6 87.5 x 6 102.5 x 6 110 x 2 was very dissapointed about the clean and press, tho was tired. hopefully next week will be back up on it. squats were good however, very happy with them. | ||
