ok, maybe they are a little to high, but ill strive to achieve them, and ill be gutted if i dont.

by end of year- 100kg o/head, 160kg squat, 200kg dead. summer '09- strong enough to compete
current- 75kg o/head
120k squat
150k dead

you know i need to improve my consistancy.
but im starting to make all 3 days at gym, and will be back down dungeon, sleeping better tho still need more.

clean and strict press

will do some strict press to really hit the shoulder and tri's
see if my push press goes up nicely or not

wasnt to bad a session.

as for strongman on sunday, i quickly repaird my car in morning in rain so could get, ended up coming down the a34 and i hadn properly tightened the intercooling pipework up like a spoon, so soon as hit boost it blew it off. had to wait in tesco's for 30mins till they opened a checkout so could buy some screw drivers to fix the damn thing. was gutted.

lmao, was my own bloody fault, was rushing to set off to get dungeon and rushed it.
was gutted. so need to get back down, back to the dungeon crew Cool
is training on next weekend mate or are comps on carnt remember
