Not good been drove around by your bird, I would end up killing mine. The constant 30mp, even on a 40 road!! Stopping to let cars through when you could fit 4 or 5!! Infuriates me. Would have smash her head into steering wheel after a few days LOL

Aint it. Plus she makes me feel car sick every time lol.
Went to watch the bdc (british drift championship) last weekend at teeside, and knocking round with all the other skyline boys that i know, and seeing them drifting just took the biscuit, was so gagging to have my car on road, on way home mate was pissing himself laughing lol
even tho its still got fueling issues, but also secured some parts today from a possible sponser in future

What a session, felt really strong, gutted didn clean 75k, may do some clean work on Friday. Squats was awesome.
Carnt believe did such a big jump. Havnt had creatine for bout half a week, and been sporadic with it for a while so will start having it properly. Also, I wasn’t as tired as I normally am, and im just wondering if not beign so tired has giving me that extra energy.
Really happy as it shows good improvement and that my goals are getting closer. Hope deads go up aswell

You tried continental clean. My power clean technique is s**te, I can only clean about 90KG, however, I can continental clean much much more!

i think i need to try that, tho not sure how to do it.i was getting to chest and no more. somat i need to try more, amy get some tiops when get back down dungeon on it if thats ok

Ive been thinking of changing the program slightly, to include maybe less reps more sets, was think for last 2-3 sets dropping to 3reps insteas of only 3 at the very end. But will see.
