Squats was awesome. Carnt believe did such a big jump. Havnt had creatine for bout half a week, and been sporadic with it for a while so will start having it properly. Also, I wasn’t as tired as I normally am, and im just wondering if not beign so tired has giving me that extra energy. Really happy as it shows good improvement and that my goals are getting closer.
