yeah i think so.
if i keep plenty of 5's in there for some volume, and then drop to triple when get heavy, was thinking of maybe doubles but would like triple really. and just try adding a few kg each week, till nailed that triple on up and up.

also, just doing a bit of cardio ive found helping me, not gettin so tired when lifting at the minute. find feel alot better on the heavy weights

BACK TO TRAINING
now training at the jjb gym in macclesfield. nice place, good guys there and some strong blokes aswell. it was hard last night as been ill again and moving so nto been training for way to long, feel good tho my muscle as wrecked haha.
will also be doing a bit of swimming for condition and bit of cardio aswell, but didn have time lastnight

Squat weights felt heavy and bar kept rolling back of shoulders so was annoying haha
