Abductor / Adductor for 12 sets

Hanging leg raises for 2 sets

Seated leg curl for 6 sets

Calves for 5 sets

Leg extensions for 4 sets

Tidy bodybuilder-esque session

Leg Day

A crap night’s sleep due to sciatic pain led to a late start and a swift session.

Adductor / Abductor for 8 sets

Seated hamstring curls 4 sets

Standing calves 5 sets

Leg extension 4 sets

Hanging leg raises for a few half hearted reps

Sacked off any pushing and felt better after.
