Dabbled with some deads off pins (about mid shin height) with 60kg. Closest I’ve come to deadlifts in a very long time.

Seated DB press for 6 decent sets

Mid Shin Deads off pins this, time with 80kg

Didn’t eat enough yesterday and it showed. Still steady, mind.

Resisted the urge to squat any heavier. Will build up slowly, maybe.

Sort of. My back isn’t great and I’d sacked off squats and deads completely until recently, but have started to dabble again. Light work and plenty of stretching make it feel better. Doubt I’ll ever go over 2 plates on either to be honest.
