90 1 Long pause in the hole again. Feel strong

95 3,3,3 decent. Bit untidy but people kept on walking directly in front! Honestly 30cm away while I jerked ~100kg and it put me off a tad!

Front Squat

112.5 5,5,5 tough actually. Legs feel a bit battered.

Managed to sneak in my session over two days.

Felt good today for some reason! Wish I could work out why and reproduce it!

Now then , superb training as always and a promotion to boot .... I'm making slight moves to learn the Olympic lifts , how would I find out if there is a comp I can enter later in the year ( if there are any for older lifters)


And what would be a 'ok' total for a 43 year old novice ? 77 division or the next one up whatever it is

I think any comp would be a good start and anything over 180?? Would be very respectable although I'm quite sure you could do 220+'off very little training!

Today felt ok again. Legs are battered but feel strong once I get going. Such is life! They'll work out how to recover eventually.
