Feel like I need approx: BS 230 CGBP 160 DL 260 to be able to put up the Oly numbers I want. I'm never going to be technically perfect because I've started too late. Particularly in the second... Thanks for the constructive complement but I think they were pretty bog standard. Re: Arm bendy thing. They were tense as tense can be. You've got it in your head that I loop like crazy but all my lifts over 90? look pretty similar to me! Unless you can find me a loopy example! | ||

Deadlift Jerk Up to 110 120 132 142 F 142 PB 145 F purely to avoid being impaled! This was there!!! Back squat Up to 140 2 160 180 3 PB tough but happy Done. Great cycle! | ||
