Thanks chaps, really feel like I've forgotten to get stronger over the last 18 months and I'm really committed to fixing that over the next 18.

Feel like I need approx:

BS 230
CGBP 160
DL 260

to be able to put up the Oly numbers I want.

I'm never going to be technically perfect because I've started too late. Now I've got something consistent at least, it's time to get SUPER STRONG!

1: You got yourself over the bar better, allowed the bar to stay closer to your body instead of it drifting out in front giving you a right big task of getting it over your head. Effectively a more efficient bar path.

2: More effective use of your legs. Although a good cue for beginners if they are hip lifting "chest up" is probably now redundant for you. From the "first pull" you seemed to drive your legs into the floor a lot better rather than pulling your chest up.... does that make sense?

3: Your arms were a lot more relaxed. There's a very prominent turn over and punch (particularly on the 2nd as mentioned) instead of your occasional loopy mclooperson.

Yeh I actually don't see that in those lifts if I'm honest Confused

I bring my chest up off the floor faster than my hips in both. Particularly in the second...

Thanks for the constructive complement but I think they were pretty bog standard.

Re: Arm bendy thing. They were tense as tense can be. You've got it in your head that I loop like crazy but all my lifts over 90? look pretty similar to me! Unless you can find me a loopy example!
