An amazing human being Member 2047, 17156 posts SQ 262.5, BP 170, DL 300732.5 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Pulled/ tweaked/ pinged? a muscle at the bottom of my back, send a shooting pain down my leg a bit like sciatica. had a couple fo yyears ago and it eventually went with loads of stretching and stuff. Going balls out this week as prob my last chance to train properly till after Chrimbo. Off to Abu Dhabi on Saturday, on a cours for 5 days then grand prix. Come back for a week then off to Dubai for the Dubai 7's. Get back form that then off for Xmas! Basically I'll be starting again in January as a fat mess again! | ||

Started with strict but fornt of shoulder/ chest was tight and sore as f**k form benching so had to switch to singles on push pressPush Press bar x loads - strict 70 x 5 - strict, sore as f**k 90 x 3 100 x 2 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 145 x 1 - pb f**kin get in well pleased, been a loooooong time in the making. No vid though 150 x m - gah, more conviction it would've gone, see vid 150 x m - same agian 150 x m - again!!!!! That was it! lol | ||
