Slightly less Chaotic Training!

Pulled/ tweaked/ pinged? a muscle at the bottom of my back, send a shooting pain down my leg a bit like sciatica. had a couple fo yyears ago and it eventually went with loads of stretching and stuff.

Going balls out this week as prob my last chance to train properly till after Chrimbo. Off to Abu Dhabi on Saturday, on a cours for 5 days then grand prix. Come back for a week then off to Dubai for the Dubai 7's. Get back form that then off for Xmas! Basically I'll be starting again in January as a fat mess again!

I watched a documentary on the plane over to Abu Dhabi about the making of the grand prix circuit, it was cool. That Ferrari World also looks awesome. I'd have loved to have gone there, Jhno.

Cheers. No sport and saudi's don't mix, they are possibly the laziest most inactive gorup of people i've ever come across. It also has the highest rate fo diabetes per person in the world so that would prob explain it. Everyhtign has sugar in it, even the bread, they all walk around with massive child bearing hips and huge bellies (the men!)!

Was at embassy last nigth so been rough as f**k all day! Was meant to squat tonight but felt like s**te so thought i'd just press instead! Started with strict but fornt of shoulder/ chest was tight and sore as f**k form benching so had to switch to singles on push press
