I strained my left delt last week and can still feel it a bit today. Sets 2 and 3 I kept some reps in reserve so as not to engage in a struggle and make it worse

Took a short holiday so missed shoulders and back / deadlift

DB bench press

57.5 x 11,9,9

5;00. First set was all over the place, not in the groove at all. Second set managed to dial it in halfway through. Third set was fully in the groove but power was down. All the last reps paused

Db incline

5:00. Again felt less powerful than last week, but managed to equal the reps

About 7 working sets of 3 reps, up to 215 and at the end managed to get the quads engaging off the floor which really helped with keeping a straight back
