for definate neil, pulled 330kg from floor very clean, raw n a few times recently so i def fancy putin quite a bit on he pb this year buddie. lots of work on the old squat as well

tried knee wraps on yoke but both unravelled bout 10 metres in, causing me to drop n pick n cost me few secs, felt comfy tho, wrap them better next time Grin

MEDLEY

350KG TYRE X 3 - 90KG 108KG 118KG SANDBAGS X 15M OVER YOKE

this was a peanut n raced through, got last sandbag but 1 metre from yoke n it slipped out my grasp, all 3 have been covered n tape thats slippier than black ice n all had some kind of greasey black substance on, great. didnt pick it back up as couldnt be arsed to be quite honest. out of all the guys who went before me best any1 else did was 1 sandbag, gives u an indication

all very easy n wrapped up quickly. couple more speed sessions then rest for chester.

apparently acording to a real "expert", honest, i will be gettin beaten by some1 n he will be right up there n show us all cos hes an animal and heard some very very lofty predictions today also. love it. cant wait to shut a lot of cakeholes up and cant wait to compete with the true beasts in ther like karl grant, rich smith, luke, emil and a fair few others, gonna be a tightly packed top 10
