Less than 3 weeks out and people are banding some big numbers about. Vids are starting to appear so rather than have recent and near future lifts all over the place I figure we may as well start them off on here as it's what the thread is all about. We're looking for barbell 2 hands anyhow OH and deadlift. If you've put your name down post your vids up & dont just leave it to me, WIGAN, Barry B and the rest of the lemon fresh fraternity. I'll start the ball rolling... Game on. Milsy will also be right up there. But then who? John was looking strong with overheads last night, dont know what his deadlift is like? I will go for 110-115/245. Two PBs on that day wouldnt be too bad. | ||
