got back saturday night took sunday off for a christening and monday to recover from the hangover.

events training today but i had no one to train with so i didnt do much

stones
85x20reps(forearms lost a lot of skin as its a rough stone)
120x10reps (was bleeding so wrap up with tape no tacky)

conans wheel training(its a small superyoke)
100x60m(drop at 20m and turn)

prowler runs (light)
60kg ran till legs went dead completely about 20m x 20 runs

some impressive reading on here mate. heavy work, high volume looks good. if u can improve on your dead n overhead then u would be a threat in comps no doubt.

i found deficit deads and close grip strict bench 2 very good ways of improving the above mentioned lifts.
