viking press 8 x 100kg,just using shoulders as right knee in pain 2 use legs

farmers 125kg 2 meters, rite knee gone in pain ,arghhhh dam thing,did duck walk 200kg 4 20 meters ,knee hurting still but managed.
got home and thing all swollen up carnt bend me leg,not good am p'd off,it better heal quick lol

knee still bad jc,left tyre other day after 2 flips,still in pain.give it 2 weeks it shud b better,touch wood.
