Knees are funny. Snatch doesn't hurt....cleans do, squats do.

Taking two weeks off squats and cleans. Will stick to powers and see how they are!

how long does it take to go from powersnatching to stopping being a fanny and getting under the bar ?

Hello mr boar.

I've been posting on Instagram @gingy10

It's private so I can't link them here. The joys of being a teacher and needing to be difficult to find!

It took me a while to work it out in terms of footwork and flexibility but the key for me was a lot of doubles around 80% and work from the hang. Quality reps which are challenging but you're not going to miss!

I also quite like warming up with powers and fulls together because it makes you take control!!

Jalaal went 120/147 qualified for commonwealth youth champs!!!not bad for 16!! Another +5 and + 7 and + 12 on his own records from 2 months ago!

300 in August is the plan!
