Knees are funny. Snatch doesn't hurt....cleans do, squats do. Taking two weeks off squats and cleans. Will stick to powers and see how they are! | ||

PCPJ Up to 100 110 3 115 3 PB goal achieved 2 weeks premature. Snatch pull Up to 80 2 90 2 105 2 110 2 CGBP paused Up to 80 3 90 97.5 5,5 easy peasy Inline wide grip bench and strict pull up super set (bench with 70) 1 each then 2,3,4,5 stopped here because I didn't want to embarrass myself failing six pull-ups! 1km row rate 18 average 1:48.7 No knee pain all session. Bit stiff now though! | ||

The joys of being a teacher and needing to be difficult to find! It took me a while to work it out in terms of footwork and flexibility but the key for me was a lot of doubles around 80% and work from the hang. Quality reps which are challenging but you're not going to miss! I also quite like warming up with powers and fulls together because it makes you take control!! | ||

Ink I need to go deeper... CGBP Up to 100 112.5 4 messy reps Wide grip bench ss with pull ups EMOM!! 1 then.2,3,4,5,6 failed 7th rep on round 7 of bench. Surprising amount of pump! | ||
