I've only gotten half decent in the past because do consistency but find that very difficult at the mo. My goal in this sport is to qualify for the Brits 2016 and aim for a top 5 finish. It's an olympic qualifier and that would be insane. In 2015 I'll probably compete towards the back end of the year and try to hit English qual totals at whichever BW I'm at. 85 probs by the look of it! For now I'm after some bigger strength numbers and consistency in my lifting tekkers! Saw your 100 sn recently mate, looking very routine! | ||

Snatch Pull (32mm bars, no chalk, no straps) up to 80 3,3,3 Clean Pull up to 110 3,3,3 Front Squat up to 110 3,3,3 Jerk up to 90 100 1 easy but jesus lowering a 32mm stiff bar into my collar bone did not feel good (I'm a wuss) so called it here. Paused Back Squat up to 130 5,5,5 meh CGBP up to 75 5 85 3 95 8 I'm capable of 10 at least but felt very tired today. | ||

It was everything I thought it would be and less. Genuinely had to share a squat rack with a chap who didn't warm up, stuck 140kg on the bar immediately, although he counted it as 120kg and entirely neglected the weight of the very bent bar. He proceded to do lots of very very shallow reps. Didn't bother me at all In between this faff I did: Front squat up to 100 110 125 5,5 no belt tonight, felt good. This is when he annoyed me though.... was stood next to me the whole set making noises every rep ("eek!","ooohh careful" etc.). After the set, stops me and says about how my knees are in front of my toes and how bad that can be... Then did SLDL touch and go (couldn't find enough plates to do deficit) up to 100 135 5 135 8 easy really but couldn't get more on the 10kg bar... Went home. Glad I managed to keep it ticking along. | ||

No time to repeat Clean and jerk Up to 100 107.5 2 117.5 2 good reps for me! Back squat Hp to 130 155 4, was half way up the fifth and the left side spotter took it, twisted me and then I had to dump it. Silly all round but the strength is there. CGBP up to 80 5 85 5 90 10 should be more. Happens every time I take some time off bench!! | ||
