I think MCP gym, crossfit Leeds, or Bradford Uni (message Simon). Think that's it to be fair. Best off going on BWLA site too.

Don't message me! I haven't trained at the uni for about 10-months now. It would be a no-go anyway. They'd make you book in for an induction a week beforehand even if you were the most experienced lifter ever.

There's a place called MP Fit (http://www.mpfitgyms.com/) just outside of Leeds. Apparently this is where Jack Oliver and Sarah Davies train now.

I train at a gym called Altered Images........it's a s**thole!

Things have been a bit manic with the new job and then settling in over summer back north. Going the commonwealth's on Sunday but should be fairly consistent with training now at least for the next 4 weeks.

Going to start from scratch and try to get a ton of volume in. Build up a good base for peaking at the end of November. London open, hopefully pushing for 260.

Essentially going to be a lot of 10s and a bit of a back off on sessions involving the full classic lifts.
