They'd make you book in for an induction a week beforehand even if you were the most experienced lifter ever. There's a place called MP Fit (http://www.mpfitgyms.com/) just outside of Leeds. Apparently this is where Jack Oliver and Sarah Davies train now. I train at a gym called Altered Images........it's a s**thole! | ||

Going the commonwealth's on Sunday but should be fairly consistent with training now at least for the next 4 weeks. Going to start from scratch and try to get a ton of volume in. Build up a good base for peaking at the end of November. London open, hopefully pushing for 260. Essentially going to be a lot of 10s and a bit of a back off on sessions involving the full classic lifts. | ||
