Cheers youngy, it's coming back bit by bit. Just trying to enjoy it again and put myself in a position to get comp ready once things have calmed down with the rest of my life!

So! Moved to London, started new job and haven't trained in about 2 weeks.

120 light really, encouraging! Tweaked my right shoulder but nothing too bad!

Wide grip pull ups

hip stretching 2 mins a side.

Really enjoyed being back at it. Glad it hasn't all gone! Just going to keep the volume down for a while and let it all creep back up.

Felt I could have gone 100/130 without too much stress which is obv just talk but confirms that I won't lose it all if I take 2 weeks off a year!

Went to Crystal Palace today, couldn't believe my luck.

20 quid a month, in London! 20? Eleiko bars, 10000000000kg of Eleiko bumpers, tons of platforms, racks, benches, jerk blocks, loads of lifters who don't blink an eye at 100kg snatches, just amazing. Also coaches there who really know what they're doing! Sweet!

nice mate, how long you had off? my wrist is hurting but i fly to china next week so thinking bout taking the week off/just doing pulls n squats, did you feel any different?

Best part of 3 weeks mate. Yeh I feel a lot better now, still slight issues with my hips but nothing too bad. Hoping to really build up to November now. Get that Brit qual for 2015

Yeh I'm expecting 266 but think that's doable by November

118/148 ish... +5 and + 8 on training lifts

Power Snatch
up to 80 x 3,3 nice enough. Lifting in a room of people who know what they're doing makes me feel very self conscious to things like footwork......

Clean and Jerk
up to 120 x 2 decent, sore right shoulder so stopped there. Second was better.

Deadlift
170 x5,5 easy peasy.

Pull ups and stuff.
