Tonight Power Snatch 40 3 50 3 60 2 70 2 75 3, 3 really easy! Clean and Jerk 60 80 100 110 120 light really, encouraging! Tweaked my right shoulder but nothing too bad! Deadlift 120 3 150 165 5, 5 easy again Wide grip pull ups 5, 5 hip stretching 2 mins a side. Really enjoyed being back at it. Glad it hasn't all gone! Just going to keep the volume down for a while and let it all creep back up. Felt I could have gone 100/130 without too much stress which is obv just talk but confirms that I won't lose it all if I take 2 weeks off a year! | ||

Eleiko bars, 10000000000kg of Eleiko bumpers, tons of platforms, racks, benches, jerk blocks, loads of lifters who don't blink an eye at 100kg snatches, just amazing. Also coaches there who really know what they're doing! Sweet! Today I did Snatch 40 3 50 3 60 2 70 2 80 90 95 100 decent! Clean and Jerk 60 80 90 100 110 122 At thhis point Keith intervened and told me to change a few bits. 100 110 120 decent! ALL Sub max but no need to push beyond. Back Squat 60 100 120 3 140 2 Difficult! Will build back fast I'm sure Strict 40 5 50 5 60 5 Stretched. Home. Awesome place! | ||

I'm back up end of this week till the end of August. Should get some good lifting in Owen I spose I've missed you.... Tonight Power Snatch up to 80 x 3,3 nice enough. Lifting in a room of people who know what they're doing makes me feel very self conscious to things like footwork...... Clean and Jerk up to 120 x 2 decent, sore right shoulder so stopped there. Second was better. Deadlift 170 x5,5 easy peasy. Pull ups and stuff. | ||

Last sesh at CP for a while Snatch Up to 80 90 2,2 95 100 good lift but step forward... 90 70 80 90 97 decent Power clean push press Up to 80 90 1+3,1+3 100 1+1 105 3 just power cleans. Easy enough Back squat Up to 140 150 2 really focusing on staying upright and not tilting forward. 100 5 Bent over rows Up to 60 10, 10 Decent session, great advice from some great lifters! | ||
