Snatch Up to 80 85 90 96 2 101 1F2, 1F2, 2 zero power whatsoever, just snuck under twice. Jerk Up to 120 F 110 120 126 FF 110 120 131 FF Upper back and shoulders totally fried, awesome! Back squat 70 90 done. Back, hips, thighs destroyed. Felt like 300 Great session!  | ||

Back Squat up to 120 2 145 8,8,8,8 actually straightforward! Push Press up to 80 91 2 96 3 PB triple I think. Simple really. 102 1 110 1 PB finally! 115 1 PB not bad! Actually took a step during the press because of balance but I'm happy to have it mostly to annoy adillon, that guy's getting a big head.Great fun! | ||
