Nothing left in the tank. Member 5, 25597 posts Administrator | nah mate ..the deadlift was a wierd one .....more on general conditioning (although as smalls missed it ,you probably needed a 200+ deadlift)

Just have to see how things go. Hoping that at being about 5'10 should help with loading events. Well as long as i can get the stuff off the deck

Gone and easily forgotten....... Member 331, 22298 posts SQ 185, BP 100, DL 230515.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | My reasoning is the tyre flip took more out of me than I expected maybe. Dave has 10k better dl and a better squat than me, but got 7 reps.

Proberly the knee!!! | ||

Big fish in a small pond Member 1150, 2101 posts | Post Edited: 03.05.2010 @ 20:17 PM by RyanH I agree, my squat is crap and i couldnt put legs into the car, my deadlift is 210kg+ and those where 2 very hard reps, was definatly more a squat style event imo. Alot had to do with getting the positioning right as well. It was the injury shane i couldnt get down to it
