Totally written off any plans to compete this year.I'm told by my physio there is no reason why I couldn't get back to competing at some point and obviously plenty of lads have come back from the same and much worse. My current plan involves joining the local crossfit place with Jnr and just enjoying some form of performance based training with him, hopefully working on my fitness, mobility and tekkers*. Then if all goes well I will get back to heavy lifting and event training in time for next season.
