Back :

Widegrip pullups with my own weight + triceps cable ext

1x10 + 1x15( triceps ) 20kg
1x10 ( last 10th was heavy ) + 1x20 25kg
1x9 ( last 10th was to hard ) + 1x20 35kg

+ 1 set of widegrip pull up behind neck 1x8

2x7 Biceps pullups ( by this time my arms where killed with the super set )

Lat Pulls

1x10 40kg
1x12 50kg
1x12 60kg
2x10 80kg

Lat pull downs with close grip

1x10 30kg
1x10 45kg
1x10 50kg
1x10 75kg

Lat pull downs behind Head

1x10 50kg
2x10 55kg
1x10 70kg

Lat Pull downs forward the face

1x10 40kg
1x10 50kg
2x10 65kg

Lat Rows with Dumbell for both hands seperately

Dumbell Pullover

traps + a little more shoulder press with each arm alone

Another SUPERSET

1x20 17.5kg ( traps ) + standing shoulder Press 1x10 11kg
1x20 21kg + 1x10 13kg
1x20 25kg + 1x10 16kg + seated shoulder press to entirely kill it 1x25 8.5kg


And big finalle

Deadlift : ( by this time the entire core was so exhausted, so I tryed out my pure strength )

1x8 20kg
1x8 50kg
1x5 105kg
1x2 145kg
1x0 165kg ( was so confident that I will manage it, but maybe the exhaustion failed it, managed to pull it up but couldn't lock the back out )

waited around 1,5 min and went for a new try

1x0 165kg ( same again, but this time even harder, took a little break to try 160)

1x0 160 ( couldn't even lift it from the ground to exhausted )
1x4 100kg ( was so hard, no power left )

Situps 3x30 with 10 side situps + 3x15 lower abs leg raises )

Hamstrincruls :

1x20 40kg
1x15 60kg
1x20 40kg

Enjoyed todays training, bad luck my m8 was apsent today.

Looking good man hope to see some good progress in this log! Don't let the failed deadlift get your down - it might just be a psychological barrier - I'm sure you will get it next time Cool

Firstly thank you for kind words.As so second part, no I won't infact the fail even inspired me to see into lifting more heavyer than before.Even I didn't manage it, I felt great trying, was a awesome expirience.

Yes I know I skiped the 15th July training, but hey my sister had weddings, so a good reason to skip:P

Chest :

Today I started the other way around

Incline Becnh:

1x10 20kg
1x10 40kg
1x10 60kg
1x8 70kg ( was doing quite easy these )
1x4 80kg

+

Incline Bench with dumbells

1x10 17.5kg
1x10 20kg
1x10 25kg
1x10 31kg

Usual Bench Press

1x10 50kg
2x8 75kg ( felt exhausted from incline was quite hard )
1x4 85kg ( here I felt, yeah chest is almost killed )
1x6 80kg
Superset :
1x8 70kg+ 1x10 17.5kg+1x10 13.5kg+ 1x8 8.5kg ( MADNESS )

Negative Incline Bench

1x10 16kg
2x10 17.5kg
1x10 21kg

Dumbell Flys

1x12 3.5kg
1x12 6.5kg
1x12 8.5kg
1x10 11kg

Flying Machine 4x15 50kg ( couldn't aim for higher today )

Isolated Bench press with very close grip

1x15 35kg
1x15 40kg
1x20 20kg

Super set :

1x15 25kg+1x15 20kg+ 1x15 15kg+ 1xtill failure 10kg ( felt great )


Biceps :

Biceps curls with barbell

1x12 20kg
1x12 30kg
1x10 35kg
1x10 30kg
1x12 20kg

And additional tweaking for different biceps excersises all together 5x10 sets with various weights inbetween 11kg-16kg dumbells

Isolated Biceps

4x15 20kg

Shoulder press for some extra to biceps and my delts

3x12 17.5kg ( was really hard after all the biceps excersises )

And finally :

traps+hamstrincruls supersets

Hamstrincruls on legpress machine

4x15 110kg + traps 3x15 (16kg, 17.5kg, 21kg )

Situps 4x25

Shoulders :

1x9 21kg (my shoulder where burning at this moment )

Shoulder press arnold shoulder press shoulder shrug with traps straight on (superset )

2x10 13kg + 2x10 13kg
1x10 11kg + 1x10 17.5kg ( great feeling shoulder where burning )

Side lat Delt raises

1x10 6.5kg
1x10 8.5kg

Delt raises Arnold style ( if nobody knows, it is the whole way up )

1x10 8.5kg ( my shoulder where killing me )
1x10 11kg ( couldn't do anymore )

I skiped the training with a good reason.It is 34 Celsius outside, instead squatting and doing tricpes I spent few hours at local lake and enjoyed a swim.

Sometimes man has to take a tiny break:P

Are you using a mixed grip with deadlifts? It might be a good idea on your final set if you are not but if you feel better using an overhand grip then thats also cool (and enviable haha)

Yes I am using mixed grip, just seems my lower back isn't strong enough att his point to raise so high weights.But I will eventualy.

No lady can stop muy master plan, Im so self centered and so loved in my self that I don't need no lady:P j/k

Nah just biceps is my weak part, the one that seems to grow less than others.So more volume won't hurt!

And no I don't use chalck for dead-s

I did skip wednesday, due getting cold during night.So not to make things more complicated I decided to take wednesday off.
Was also thinking about to skip today's, but went anyway, not the usual I do.HAd just 30-40 mins training. with high intensity and very mixed warios stuff

Widegrip pullups with body wight 2x10
row pulls with barbell ( yates style ) 3x10 50kg

Chest :

1x10 30kg
1x10 50kg
1x1 90kg
1x1 100kg ( went up really easy )
tryed 1x1 105kg ( felt sicknes kicked in, will mange it in no time )
1x15 50kg

INcline bench

3x12 17.5kg

Shoulder press with dumbells

3x12 17.5kg

Shoulder press on machine

1x10 40kg
1x8 50kg

Traps + delt raises + tricpes + biceps

JUst did randomly all together with very low pauses.

ABS

And thats it.
Just didn't want to skip fully, so I did still a little.Next week will be easyer

1x2 120kg ( could do also 3rd, but didn't had any security, so didn't do )
1x4 110kg + 1x6 70kg + 1x6 40kg ( was a very strong superset, couldn't almost stand )

Legpress :

1x10 90kg
1x10 120kg
1x10 220kg
1x10 250kg
1x10 220kg

Leg Ext :

1x10 25kg
1x10 35kg
1x10 50kg + 1x10 25kg ( superset )

Leg Hamstring Curls phrone position :

1x10 15kg
1x10 20kg
1x10 25kg

Triceps :

Triceps cable ext wide grip :

1x10 30kg
1x10 40kg
1x10 50kg
2x10 55kg

Triceps Cable ext close grip ( rope ) :

1x10 50kg

French Press :

Very Close grip Dumbell Chest press ( goes for triceps and for inner pecs )
