Started about few weeks ago stronglift slx 5x5, with added additional body tweaking excersises.So I wouldn't lose the reljef I have built so far.
But I started it because I want some mass gain and some strength, what I seem to lack so far.

I am quite loving what I do with my self.Grown some more selfesteem.Look better and over all feeling great.

I am 25 Years old, started working out home at the age of 22, but after 1 year of basics home I decided it was time to move on.So I went to local gym.Where I reached my peak and now feeling that It is time to start building some hurting bombs!
So that every time I bench my Ancestos would hear and feel it.


My goals are not maybe the biggest, but for start they are fine.I hope to get these results to next summer and they are.


Bench 110kg : Current 100kg
Squat 140kg : Current 120kg
Deadlift 170kg : Current 145kg
OHPress 80kg : Current 65kg

Additionaly to gain 5kg of pure muscles, current bodyweight is (75-76kg. So this blog will help me to priorities my goals aim at them and shoot em down!

Squat : (was missing my partner today, was a little scared to do stuff alone, but I managed fine )

1x10 20kg ( bar )

2x5 105kg ( did much better compared to last training )
1x5 107.5kg ( suprised my self today, was quite easy, will nail 110 next time )

Overhead press :

So far have done only puspress, next time I will try behind neck.

Deadlift :

3x5 92.5kg ( first set managed 3 alone and did 2 with my m8-s help, but last 2 sets I managed 2 only and 3 with my m8 )

1x6 75kg ( just couldnt do anymore, to tired )
