Still mostly bodybuilding Member 501, 10465 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 250 620.0 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq	Kenny won the yoke with just over 7 seconds. I pipped Kev by miliseconds with a 12 run with no drops. Think Olly did a 9 second run but didnt see anyone else.

Never met the guy who won but kenny was second, boar was fifth, kev was ninth, olly was fourth and i was 12th Doing a comp whilst still bladdered was an experience but am happy considering my knee, bicep and jack daniels seeping from every pour.
