Member 3754, 220 posts SQ 260, BP 190, DL 300750.0 kgs @ 112kgs UnEq | been on and off with training last few weeks travelling around for work but hit some decent numbers when i managed to train. last 3 weeks number were squat 210kg x 8 strict press 120kg x 1 14" deadlift 330kg x 1 squat 260kg for 1 log press 130kg x 3 bench press 140kg x 8 180kg x 1 paused + all the relevant accesory work to go with that. . . deadlifts tonight going for max reps @ 300kg for 75 secs (from 14") | ||

Member 3754, 220 posts SQ 260, BP 190, DL 300750.0 kgs @ 112kgs UnEq | also competed at bodypower opens. placed 12 out of 21 guys which I was happy with. 300kg deadlift x 6 reps ( injured my back warming up with no belt on ) 320 yoke 25m - 18 seconds (s**t) 120kg log - 2 reps ( s**t really hard to clean the log ) car hold 21 seconds ( I scored some good points with this) didn't qualify for the stones Overall I was happy with mid table | ||
