Hi Andy, been too long. We're both back on it it would seem. 120/150 is getting smashed!

the 10s seriously suck and I'm sore but not insane DOMS, just continuous discomfort. In a really great way obviously Happy

Yeah I'm back on it, if my wrist holds up Unhappy

Yeah it's a nice discomfort the soreness you speak of Happy

I'm training in a different way than usual which should preserve the joints but give me some long term gainz, especially with my new squat routine Happy

Full mask or nasal and chin strap?

If you are going to do sngpdl for tens make sure your back is tight and keep your start position and line similar to your snatch for the best carry over to the floor to overhead in one movement

Cheers Alan, keep thinking i should be stronger than I am and get fed up with these crap numbers but little silly PBs like that keep me going!

Hopefully when this volume drops off I'll have some PBs to show for it in things that matter!
