yeh i did thanks very much.

I accredit my recent bench progress to that routine! Added about 20kg to my best lift, in 1 cycle!

Not too shabby, not sure how you can set up that 2board bench to stop the board smacking you in the mouth though.

My legs are absolutly mangled after squatting today Grin Could feel the suit digging into my legs while in the hole, is this normal?


Was hoping for 160 but some dickhead came into the gym and was pissing me off about wearing a suit so that put me off. Also, need to shorten the sraps a bit because i can easily get them up myself

I was talking to another powerlifter and he told me to remember to push my knees out at the bottom so my hips don't roll forward. He said just work to a parallel box to sort this problem out.

So come monday, I'm doing suited box squats and then Suited sumo deads!

Nice session wee man, good to see you suited up! If you're doing 150k right now pretty easy first time in suit, once everything is sorted, straps shortened and wraps on the 180k will fall at the comp, and hopefully you'll get 200kg. Same sort of weight for deads if possible.

hi there mate just read through ye profile and are u expecting 2 get 2 500kg this june and is that equipped or not and thats alot to ask 4 if its natural and raw thats like 7kg each month on each lift thats impossible mate unless u plan on takein steroids.
