warm up sets felt horrible wasn't feeling great at all the night!

hard belt wraps

Didn't feel confident doing 180, as warm up sets felt crap, but got the job done. So happy with the sesh.

axle doh deadlift

got up to 122kg tried 132 and failed, first time i ever tried these

good sesh happy with my progress on the log.

Legs were tight after back squats the night b4
