110 x 10 is ace mate but are you sure the weights right.

My yoke from JT is 60kg plus the 4x10kg plates I think you've got on makes 100.

Solid lifting though whatever it is.

What are your other overhead lifts like?

Ive got to be honest, i was very suprised to get 10.
Its not a JT yoke.
I was told it was near to 70kg empty...
As im typing this I've just throught of a way of weighing it... (lower the bar all the way down, place scales on a vert jump boxes and hang the yoke ontop)

I guess I give myself more leg drive as I set the bar lower for that set becasue I chinned myself and I was almost knocked the f**k out, when I dropped the yoke and it bounced up off the rubber flooring!! (wished i had it on film like your log fall tony)

My max Axel 'anyhow' is 135kg and 122.5 on IFSA log months ago..

funny thing is it didn't feel like high volume, there was a plenty of us there and it took a fair while to get through events!
But it was the first time I'd been to IW since late september and after a few months of hardly training with any direction it was great to get back into the swing of thing with the lads.
I found i've not lost as much strength since i competed in my first 2 comp last summer as i thought i had !

No real training tonight, I was training a friend of mine helping her with her crossfit addiction.

while i was there i tried out my new powerwheel, for the guys who went to BODYPOWER last year, its the wheel that get attached to your feet and its prettyt awesome for upper body conditioning and core.

20m hand walks x 6

Played with my Rolling thunder, holds for time...

70kg x 20sec x 3 R
70kg x 20sec x 3 L

60kg x 10sec x 6 R
60kg x 10sec x 6 L
