This was after fatigued training as well. I smashed triceps first, then worked up in 10s/8s/6s/5s/3s upto this so I think fresh I'm close to 90kg. I've stricted a 100kg log! Weird right! !

Tonight did some safety bar squats upto 4@170.
Then some zercher upto 130kgx5. They were fun with sunburn.
Back is growing nice though! I even hit calves tonight!!!

Another solid week of training. BW @94kg approx.
Squats yesterday worked upto 180x5 which is a PB actually. Then did an easy single w/ wraps @200. 5 plates raw isn't far off.
Today hit pressing. Pin press triples up to 120 kg then double @125. followed by incline bench and strict press after.
Strict press worked up 10kg a set from the bar (20,30,40,50,60,70) for 5s then 2x3 @ 70kg.

Getting bigger. Getting stronger! 9 school days until summer break then I can turn training up a whole new notch!

Second time ever doing deficits. Did 2x3 on each weight, up a 10kg plate per side each 2 sets. so 2x3@100, 2x3@120 etc. Worked upto 3@220kg from a 3 inch deficit.

triples push press
Worked upto 3@105 then 1@110 comfy. overall did 5 triples at 100 or above and 4@100kg. Here are the last two triples. Not perfect yet but getting there.!!

Loads of push pressing at 100kg and axle cleans then this on Saturday.
